BIO:

Matthew Sutherland is a Panasonic Lumix Ambassador as a wedding and corporate filmmaker.
He was born just outside of Chicago and raised in sunny Southern California. He is the owner of
Matrimony Films, a video production company that specializes in creating cinematic, inspiring
films for weddings and events. He created a buzz when he went viral with one of his wedding
films that was shot as if it was an episode of “The Office.” His company creates over 100 films
each year for events all over the world. Matthew also runs TIVA Cinematics, a corporate film
production company that creates branding films, behind-the-scenes films and 3D VR180 films
for companies looking to tell unique stories including Panasonic, Sunkist, Performance Team
and Coast Southwest Cosmetics. Matthew is a graduate of UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and
Television which put him on the road to a successful career both in front of and behind the
camera for over 20 years. Matthew has been a member of the Panasonic Lumix Ambassador
team for the past eight years and he is also a Stella Pro “Champion of Light” as well as an

ambassador for the Editing company ShootPro24. He loves sharing their cinematic camera gear and teaching filmmaking workshops to creators of all levels, all over the world.
